Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refunds

Cancellations made within the free-cancellation window are refunded in full to the original payment method.

If we cancel an appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
