Scope of care

Equine chiropractic care is complementary to veterinary care. It does not diagnose, treat or cure disease, and is not a substitute for veterinary examination or treatment.

Individual responses to care vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Veterinary involvement

A veterinary referral is not required to book. Owners should seek veterinary assessment for lameness, injury, illness or any acute change.

Practitioner

Dr James Bancroft is a chiropractor (B.Chiro.Sc, M.Chiro) with a Graduate Diploma of Animal Biomechanical Medicine (National Food Institute), registered with AHPRA as a chiropractor (CHI0002016877) and a member of Animal Biomechanical Professionals Australia. The title "Dr" refers to his chiropractic qualification; he is not a veterinarian or medical practitioner.
