Who we are

Saddle Side Equine Chiropractic (ABN 32 618 309 818) is committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Contact details (name, phone, email), property address and access instructions, and information about your horse (name, age, breed, discipline, reason for appointment, relevant history and optional veterinarian contact details).

Payment is processed by our payment provider through a secure hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Basic website analytics, only with your consent where required.

How we use it

To manage your booking, travel to your property, provide and record care for your horse, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, and respond to enquiries. With your permission, we may contact your veterinarian about your horse's care.

Storage and disclosure

Booking and intake records are stored with our website and booking platform providers (Wix, and our payment provider), which may store data outside Australia. We don't sell your information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us run the business, to your veterinarian with your consent, or where required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing admin@saddlesidechiropractic.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
